Could disruption innovation propel your start-up into global markets

Reading this as the owner of a start-up business you will already have experienced numerous problems and concerns from inception of the original business concept to simply getting the business off the ground. You might be one of the many Staffordshire Moorlands start-ups created over the past year or so who show  outstanding passion and a determined vision to succeed in a complex and uncertain business environment.

Growing Pains
As the start-up business grows new challenges are continually placed in front of the owner(s) in areas where they have had little or no knowledge in a previous life. Also, in many cases little time to lift the head up and see the opportunities and threats that are likely to impact on the business in the future.
Sadly in many cases the owner just becomes burnt-out trying to juggle balls and wearing all the hats. It is imperative to examine all options avaliable to accquire business help to avoid damaging the potential for scalability and indeed survival.. There are many free services and organisations to call upon such as the Moorlands Chamber of Commerce the Federation of Small Businesses and useful websites like startups, small business.co.uk whilst in this critical phase.

, many industries including large organisations are being affected by the latest techology, systems and new ways of addressing existing methods, the so-called "disruptive technologies" Finance industry  disruption known as "fintech" and insurance companies being forced to examine their business models by the "insurtech" disruption technology, both using new digital systems to squezee costs out of  processes and make the offering more cost beneficial to consumers.

The warning here has to be that as your business idea/concept develops you need to be aware of how disruption may affect your product/service. It can be killed off in a very short time! Think, can your business start-up be an industry disruptor/innovator itself and bring a totally new offering in your particular sector?
